At Lilikoi Love Hawai‘i, each piece is thoughtfully designed with love for you and your ‘ohana. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help 🤍
✨ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with original tags (if applicable)
💌 Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to offer exchanges based on availability. If your requested item is no longer in stock, we can provide store credit.
💳 Returns
Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card.
(We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment at this time.)
🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Discounted items (including sitewide sales)
- Gift cards
📦 Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
